  • Help understanding and organising your own care options, appointments, and choices, for you and your baby
  • Practical planning: birth preferences, postpartum planning, household & routine organisation
  • Emotional support, active listening, and reassurance, holistically caring for you and your baby
  • Connecting you with appropriate registered health professionals when clinical input is needed
  • General, publicly available evidence-based information and resources
  • Ongoing check-ins and accountability across your chosen package

What's not included

Frequently asked questions

Are you a midwife?

I have a background of study in midwifery, but my formal qualification is not yet complete and I am not a registered midwife, nurse, doctor, or other AHPRA-registered health practitioner. I don't provide clinical care or advice. My role is non-clinical support coordination alongside your existing care team, with a focus on holistic care for you, your body, and your baby.

Does Nurtured replace my midwife or doctor?

No. Nurtured complements your clinical care, it doesn't replace it. You remain responsible for your own and your baby's clinical and medical care, and for maintaining your relationship with your midwife, doctor, or other registered health professionals.

Will my information stay confidential?

Yes. Information you share with me is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where I believe there is a serious risk to your safety or your baby's safety.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session can be rescheduled at no charge. No refunds apply within the week of a booking or after a session has occurred, and once a Support or Premium package has commenced. If you're unwell, let me know as soon as possible and I'll always offer to reschedule. Genuine, unforeseen circumstances (hospitalisation, pregnancy loss, etc.) are always handled with compassion and flexibility, not rigid policy.

Where are sessions held?
